Program Objectives

This curriculum provides two years of full-time theological training, centered on an organic balance between pastoral theory and praxis. While solidifying a rigorous theological foundation, the program aims to substantively enhance the professional competencies and practical skills of ministers. It empowers practitioners to discern and respond more acutely to complex pastoral contexts, thereby facilitating continuous professional and ministerial development.

Curriculum Structure: 87 ECTS of core (required) and 16 ECTS of elective.

Duration: Designed as a two-year full-time program, with a maximum candidacy period of eight years.

Residency: The program mandates four semesters of on-campus residency.
