Program Objectives
This curriculum is specifically designed for believers who hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and possess a vocational calling to full-time ministry. It offers three years of systematic training intended to establish a rigorous biblical and theological foundation, thereby empowering students to fulfill the requirements of professional ministry.
- Integration of Scholarship and Praxis: The program emphasizes a profound synthesis of academic study and practical application. The curriculum encompasses Biblical Studies, Systematic Theology, Church History, Pastoral Practice, and Spiritual Formation, ensuring that students both maintain doctrinal integrity and achieve ministerial efficacy.
- Advanced European Missional Perspective: By fostering connections with local European ministers and a diverse student body, the students will broaden their ministerial horizons and gain a sophisticated understanding of the current missiological landscape in Europe.
- A Growth Environment of Communal Life: Through a three-year residential requirement, students cultivate profound interpersonal bonds with peers from diverse backgrounds. Supported by the consistent mentorship and guidance of resident faculty, students collectively discern divine providence and actualize their spiritual gifts.

Curriculum Structure: 140 ECTS of core (required) and 15 ECTS of elective.
Duration: Designed as a three-year full-time program, with a maximum period of candidacy of eight years.
Residency: To facilitate the holistic development of full-time pastoral personnel, the program mandates six semesters of on-campus residency.
