To equip the church’s core co-workers with pastoral and leadership skills so that they may serve God and work with others more effectively in the church.

Church core co-workers, small group leaders, and ministry department workers. Some courses are also open to non-co-workers for participation and learning.

Mode of Delivery
This program is an extension training initiative aimed at equipping church co-workers for ministry. Each course comprises 10 contact hours and can be arranged in accordance with the scheduling needs of the participating church. The following four delivery formats are offered for the church’s consideration.
- Five weekday daytime or evening sessions, with two hours per session
- One weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Two Saturdays
- Other arrangements, such as online instruction, retreats, or church camps

- In principle, courses will be led by the full-time faculty of the International Chinese Biblical Seminary in Europe. When necessary, qualified adjunct or guest instructors from outside the Seminary may be invited to assist in teaching.
- Please refer to the following courses under the “Five Essential Capacities.” Churches may also apply for other courses offered by the Seminary beyond those included in the “Five Essential Capacities.”
Expenses
Expenses to Be Assumed by the Hosting Church
- Transportation: Travel expenses for the course instructor(s).
- Accommodation: Lodging for the course instructor(s), either in a hotel or in a host home.
- Course Fee: €800 for classes with fewer than 20 participants.
- Course Fee: €1,000 for classes with 20 or more participants.

| Overview | The mission of Christ cannot be accomplished in a single day. Church co-workers must intentionally build and pass on lives marked by spiritual maturity and ministry legacy, so as to raise up the next generation of workers to continue God’s calling. |
